The service

GYMPRESS provides workout planning, logging, progress tracking, cardio timers, and optional AI-generated fitness suggestions.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Health disclaimer

GYMPRESS is a general fitness and workout logging tool — not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Always consult a doctor or qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have injuries, pain, or health conditions.

AI Coach

You are chatting with an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant powered by Groq. Responses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and are not medical or professional advice.

You are responsible for evaluating AI suggestions before following them. We are not liable for injuries or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

Your content & data

You retain ownership of workout logs and plans you create. You are responsible for backing up data (use Export in Settings).

You must not use the app for unlawful purposes or to harass others.

Intellectual property

The app name, logo, design, and exercise catalog structure are protected. Exercise GIFs may be subject to third-party licenses.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury from exercise or reliance on app content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Disputes should first be raised via support contact.
